If at any point you are not satisfied with your chosen product,  we request that you return the item not less than 14 days of delivery.  Our online store policy allows for store credit or in exchange for another product of similar price,minus your shipping costs.

Items should be returned in the branded box, with branded hang tags and in GREAT condition to our physical address for the exchange or store credit to be honored.

Gusa By Victoria will be happy to sign off for all returns delivered to us for the protection of all parties.
