Gusa by victoria’s policy on returns is store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact info@gusabyvictoria.com to notify our returns team of your return.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items and Made to Measure items cannot be refunded.
